Solve the Case of the Missing XX´s
Engaging consumers to interact with the brand is easier if you do it through fun (gaming). This was the case for this Dos Equis online mystery game, which combined the digital experience with the on-premise visit on a regular basis. For six weeks, the contestants opted-in to received clues via emails(which helped capture data) and continued at participating bars and restaurants to get coasters with more clues, creating a combination of real-world and digital experience. These clues helped the consumers find out who stole the XX's for a chance to win cash.
